How Do I Get My Document(s) Notarized?

Meet With Your Notary
Simply select how you would like to meet with your notary. Choose a time and date that is most convenient for you.
You will be charged a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment ( RON, includes one stamp and one signature).
To confirm the appointment you will provide your name, phone number and email.

You will be sent an email and will be prompted to upload your document.
We require an upload so that way the notary can review the document to insure they are able to notarize the document.
Please upload your document one hour before your appointment.
You will be sent a direct link to meet with your notary via email. You will click the link 5 minutes prior to your notarization and will be asked to upload your identification.
You then will meet with your notary and once the notarization is complete you will receive your document for download.​

Signer Requirements
All signers must provide proper identification. Identification must be an U.S. government I.D. or state I.D.
Examples are: a drivers license, state identification card, U.S. passport, U.S. military I.D., or a U.S. permanent resident card.
Foreign country passports are only accepted with respect to a deed or other instrument relating to a residential real estate transaction.
